A two-storey street-front building with a colourful, patterned façade.
Description
A compact two-storey commercial building designed to stand out on a busy street. A deep cantilevered roof shades the upper floor, while a patterned, colourful screen gives the frontage its identity and filters light into the interior.
The ground floor opens fully to the pavement, making the building easy to read and easy to enter.
